  • Can I self-collect?
    Due to Covid-19, self-collection has been suspended to practice minimal unnecessary contact.
  • Can I amend/cancel my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
    Once you've placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. (Eg : changes on shipping address, discount codes) Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your bag before checking out.
  • How can I tell if a plant is struggling
    Here are some general signs of a problem: yellowing or dropping leaves; leaf spots appear brown with a yellow halo; brown or yellow spots or brown edges on leaves; leaves are curling in; droopiness or wilting; white spots or web are showing on a plant; loss of leaf color; weak growth.
  • Do I really need the soil moisture meter
    We strongly recommend getting the Soil Moisture Meter. This tool will help you to understand when your plant is ready for a drink to avoid over or under watering.
  • What if i'm not home during delivery?
    If no one is available to receive the package at the delivery address, you may request our delivery team to leave it on your doorstep. If not, you will be responsible for shipping charges for attempted delivery and returned packages.
