Site Visit and Analysis

  • Conduct site assessment and understand site condition.

  • Understand Client’s needs and design direction.

Proposal & Quotation

Design Review

  • Review & run through landscape design with 3D perspective and drawing.

Amendments & Rectification

  • Amendments to design concept based on Client’s feedback.

Confirmation of Scope of Work

  • A 30% Down payment and a signed quotation is required before start of work (Landscape Project above SGD $5,000)

Handover

Completion and handover of landscape installation

  • Guide clients with plant care and maintenance

​

Final payment for work done  

  • Client to make balance payment once work is completed.
